Account & Access

Go to app.paolagen.ai and enter your credentials (email and password). If you don’t have an account, contact support to request one.
On the login page, click “Forgot password” and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Yes, you can change your email address from your profile settings. Go to Settings > Profile > Email.
The email address can’t be changed while you are part of an organization.

Technical Support

Yes, Paolagen.ai is available in Italian, English, and Romanian. You can change the language from the documentation language selector.
Paolagen.ai works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
